We
request that all customers notify us in advance of uploading
files to our FTP site. We will provide you the necessary User I.D. and password information. Please call us at 214-631-5400
or email before attempting any upload. Copy the text from the
Job
Order Form, and paste it into the e-mail message,
and complete all necessary information including the name and size of
file(s) you plan to upload. Send your e-mail to seps@serichrome.com
All "foreign" files are subject to deletion. You must read and
understand the following security warning before uploading any
files to our FTP site.
Users may create a personal
folder on our FTP site to upload multiple files or may upload
individual files without creating a folder. Although users do
not have permission to view or alter other folders and files
already present, Serichrome will not be held liable for any
accidental or intentional misuse of files posted to any location
of our website. FTP use is for the convenience of
our customers only. No guarantees on the security of this site
or the security of any files uploaded to this site are made
or implied.

Serichrome
requires that your email and attachments be no larger than 9mb.
For files over 9mb please FTP or send to us on CD.
Also note that your email provider may be limited to 3mb or smaller.

Attach the necessary graphic files and fonts to the e-mail message
or attach in separate emails if necessary.

print it out, and fill in all necessary information.
Package up all your electronic
files, transparencies, prints, paintings and samples for color matching,
along with the completed Job Order Form.
